This Privacy Policy explains what information ReWord processes and how it is used.

1. Information we process

When you create or use an account, ReWord may process your email address, user identifier, authentication session information, and profile details through Supabase Auth. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the relevant identity provider handles the authentication flow.

ReWord uses learning data such as your profile name, avatar choice, daily goal, learned words, difficult words, favorite words, review records, daily and weekly progress, streak information, notification preferences, and cached word or image data.

When you send support or feedback, ReWord may process the message you write, the related word or screen context you provide, an optional screenshot you choose to attach, app version, build number, iOS version, and device model.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide account access, personalize the learning plan, sync progress, show review and streak status, improve visual word learning, apply notification preferences, and respond to support requests.

3. Local storage

Some profile, progress, notification, word, and image data is stored locally on your device to make the app faster and reduce unnecessary network requests.

4. Third-party services

ReWord uses Supabase for authentication, learning sync, storage, and support records. Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. ReWord does not collect or store payment card information.

5. Notifications

ReWord may schedule local iOS notifications for daily learning reminders, review reminders, streak protection, and weekly summaries. You can manage notification preferences in the app and in iOS Settings.

6. Support and feedback

Support reports are sent only when you press the send button. ReWord does not automatically capture your screen. Screenshots are optional and are uploaded only if you choose one.

7. Advertising and tracking

ReWord does not use third-party behavioral advertising tracking and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete learning progress from inside the app. You can permanently delete your account from Profile and Settings > Account > Delete Account. This deletes your Supabase Auth account and clears local profile, progress, review, streak, notification, and cache data on the device.

9. Security

ReWord uses only the app keys required for the mobile client. Admin or service-role keys are not embedded in the app. Database access rules and session management are used to reduce unauthorized access risk.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when app features, legal requirements, or infrastructure change. The current policy will remain available from the App Store listing and inside the app.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, ReWord uygulamasında hangi verilerin işlendiğini ve bu verilerin ne için kullanıldığını açıklar.

1. İşlenen bilgiler

Hesap oluşturduğunda veya hesabını kullandığında ReWord, Supabase Auth aracılığıyla e-posta adresini, kullanıcı kimliğini, oturum bilgilerini ve profil bilgilerini işleyebilir. Google veya Apple ile giriş yapmayı seçersen ilgili kimlik sağlayıcının doğrulama akışı kullanılır.

ReWord; profil adı, avatar seçimi, günlük hedef, öğrenilen kelimeler, zor kelimeler, favoriler, tekrar kayıtları, günlük ve haftalık ilerleme, seri bilgileri, bildirim tercihleri, kelime ve görsel önbelleği gibi öğrenme verilerini kullanır.

Destek veya geri bildirim gönderdiğinde yazdığın açıklama, paylaştığın kelime veya ekran bağlamı, isteğe bağlı seçtiğin ekran görüntüsü, uygulama sürümü, build numarası, iOS sürümü ve cihaz modeli işlenebilir.

2. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

Bu bilgiler hesap erişimini sağlamak, öğrenme planını kişiselleştirmek, ilerlemeyi senkronize etmek, tekrar ve seri durumunu göstermek, görsel kelime öğrenimini iyileştirmek, bildirim tercihlerini uygulamak ve destek taleplerini yanıtlamak için kullanılır.

3. Yerel saklama

Profil, ilerleme, bildirim, kelime ve görsel verilerinin bir kısmı uygulamanın daha hızlı çalışması ve gereksiz ağ isteklerinin azalması için cihazında yerel olarak saklanır.

4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

ReWord; hesap, öğrenme senkronizasyonu, depolama ve destek kayıtları için Supabase altyapısını kullanır. Abonelik ve ödeme işlemleri Apple App Store ve StoreKit tarafından yönetilir. ReWord ödeme kartı bilgilerini toplamaz veya saklamaz.

5. Bildirimler

ReWord günlük öğrenme hatırlatmaları, tekrar hatırlatmaları, seri koruma ve haftalık özetler için yerel iOS bildirimleri planlayabilir. Bildirim tercihlerini uygulama içinden ve iOS Ayarları'ndan yönetebilirsin.

6. Destek ve geri bildirim

Destek raporları yalnızca gönder düğmesine bastığında iletilir. ReWord otomatik ekran görüntüsü almaz. Ekran görüntüsü isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca sen seçersen yüklenir.

7. Reklam ve takip

ReWord üçüncü taraf davranışsal reklam takibi kullanmaz ve kullanıcıları başka şirketlere ait uygulama veya web sitelerinde takip etmez.

8. Verilerini silme

Uygulama içinden öğrenme ilerlemeni silebilirsin. Hesabını tamamen silmek için Profil ve Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabımı Sil seçeneğini kullanabilirsin. Bu işlem Supabase Auth hesabını siler ve cihazdaki profil, ilerleme, tekrar, seri, bildirim ve önbellek verilerini temizler.

9. Güvenlik

ReWord mobil istemci için gerekli uygulama anahtarlarını kullanır. Yönetici veya service-role anahtarları uygulama içine gömülmez. Yetkisiz erişim riskini azaltmak için veritabanı erişim kuralları ve oturum yönetimi kullanılır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika uygulama özellikleri, yasal gereklilikler veya altyapı değişikliklerine göre güncellenebilir. Güncel politika App Store sayfasından ve uygulama içinden erişilebilir kalır.
